Refund Policy

At Growthim.io, we are committed to delivering exceptional business growth consulting services and stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

1. Nature of Our Services

Growthim provides professional consulting, strategic advisory, and growth implementation services. Given the nature of professional services — which involve significant time, expertise, and resources from our team — our refund policy reflects the work invested in each engagement.

2. Growth Assessment Program

For our Growth Assessment Program ($5,000 one-time):

  • Full refund is available within 48 hours of payment if work has not yet commenced
  • 50% refund if the assessment is in progress but less than 50% complete
  • No refund once the assessment report has been delivered to the client

3. Monthly Retainer Programs

For our Growth Accelerator and Enterprise Growth Partnership monthly retainers:

  • Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each service month
  • If you cancel mid-month, services continue through the end of the paid month
  • No refunds are issued for partially used monthly retainer periods
  • You may cancel your retainer with 30 days written notice to avoid being charged for the next month

4. Annual Enterprise Agreements

Annual enterprise agreements are governed by individual contract terms negotiated at the time of engagement. Refund provisions for annual contracts are specified in the executed agreement and may differ from this general policy.

5. Service Delivery Disputes

If you believe our services have not been delivered as agreed in your Statement of Work, we encourage you to contact us immediately at support@growthim.io. We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate service quality concerns. In cases of verifiable service failure on our part, we may offer:

  • Corrective work at no additional charge
  • Partial credit toward future services
  • Partial refund at our discretion

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Strategy frameworks and proprietary methodologies already delivered
  • Services completed and accepted in writing by the client
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (software, tools, advertising spend)
  • Rush delivery fees or expedited engagement premiums

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@growthim.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your engagement details, the reason for your request, and your preferred resolution. We will respond within 5 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

Growthim reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be communicated to active clients and posted on our website.
